Stressed animals. Emissions. Antimicrobial resistance. The rising demand for protein comes with consequences that can be hard for any conscience to digest. We helped Swiss company Phytaxis with a new concept challenging the industry to rethink the impact of animal feed.
Phytaxis is a Swiss company operating at the intersection of science and circularity. They upcycle lignin from agricultural residues into natural feed additives that keep animals’ digestive systems balanced and protected. By focusing on the underlying health, and by unlocking the bioactive power of lignin, their products can both increase animal welfare, reduce emissions and increase profitability and help farmers speed up the transition to more responsible farming.
We’ve helped Phytaxis strengthen their brand with a new brand identity and brand narrative. Their new brand concept ”Rethinking Animal Health” highlights Phytaxis’ pioneering work in addressing multiple challenges within animal health. The concept combines a confident, human, imaginative tone with real world insights and industry knowledge, bringing new hope and energy into animal health.
The concept was first launched at the Blue Food Innovation Summit in London in May 2026, and is now continuously being rolled out globally with Latin America, Europe, Türkiye and Brazil as the key markets.
